TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE REXIMPRIMIS ONLINE STORE
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the REXIMPRIMIS online store, in particular the rules for placing orders, concluding sales agreements, making payments, delivery, withdrawal from the agreement, and submitting complaints.

§ 1 DEFINITIONS
Business Days — days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.
Civil Code — the Act of 23 April 1964, the Civil Code.
Consumer — a Buyer who is a natural person performing a legal act not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Account — a free electronic service provided by the Seller, enabling the Buyer to use additional features of the Store.
Buyer — any entity making purchases in the Store or taking steps to make such purchases.
Privileged Buyer — a Consumer or a Privileged Entrepreneur.
Privileged Entrepreneur — a natural person concluding an agreement directly related to their business activity, where the content of that agreement indicates that it is not of a professional nature for that person.
Terms and Conditions — these terms and conditions.
Store — the REXIMPRIMIS online store operated at www.reximprimis.com.
Seller — C-TECH Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at: ul. Zamkowa 9, 58-530 Kowary, Poland, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 6112139628, REGON: 230457320, KRS: 0000034041.
Consumer Rights Act — the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights.
Goods — movable items offered in the Store.
Personalized Product — a product made according to the Buyer’s individual instructions, in particular on the basis of a submitted file, design, photograph, graphic, text, size, or other specification.

The cost of a telephone call or data transmission is borne by the Buyer in accordance with the tariff of their service provider.
§ 3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
To use the Store properly, the following are required:
- a device with Internet access,
- an up-to-date web browser,
- an active e-mail address,
- enabled cookies and JavaScript, where required for the proper functioning of the Store.
The Seller takes steps to ensure the proper operation of the Store; however, the Seller does not guarantee full compatibility with all devices and user configurations.
§ 4 RULES FOR USING THE STORE AND PLACING ORDERS
The Buyer may make purchases:
- after registering an Account,
- without registration, as a guest.
Information about Goods provided in the Store constitutes an invitation to conclude an agreement and not an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
To place an order, the Buyer:
- selects the Goods,
- adds them to the cart,
- selects the delivery and payment method,
- provides the data necessary to process the order,
- confirms that they have read the Terms and Conditions,
- approves the order.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to conclude a sales agreement between the Buyer and the Seller. The sales agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order for processing.
The Buyer is obliged to provide true and up-to-date data.
It is prohibited to provide unlawful, offensive, or third-party-rights-infringing content.
§ 5 PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices of Goods presented in the Store are gross prices, expressed in Polish zloty or another currency clearly indicated in the Store.
The total order value consists of:
- the price of the Goods,
- the delivery cost, if applicable.
The available payment methods are presented to the Buyer during the order process, before the order is finally confirmed.
The following payment methods may be available in the Store in particular:
- payment cards,
- fast online payments,
- BLIK,
- Przelewy24,
- other payment methods currently made available in the Store by payment service providers integrated with the Shopify platform.
Electronic payments are processed by external payment service providers currently available in the Store. Details of the payment operator for a given method may be presented to the Buyer at checkout or during the payment process.
In the case of advance payment, the Buyer should pay for the order within 7 Business Days from the date of placing the order. If this deadline passes without payment, the Seller may cancel the order.
The Buyer accepts receiving electronic invoices. This acceptance may be withdrawn at any time.
§ 6 ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
The standard order processing time is 3 to 5 Business Days, unless otherwise stated for a specific Good.
For Goods made to individual order, personalized Goods, or Goods printed on the basis of materials provided by the Buyer, the processing time may be different and is counted from the moment of:
- payment confirmation,
- receiving complete and correct files or instructions.
Delivery is carried out within Poland and to other countries if the Store clearly provides such an option.
The available delivery methods are indicated in the Store during the order process.
Free delivery may be available from a specified order value, in accordance with the current information displayed in the Store.
The Seller is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect address or contact details provided by the Buyer.
§ 7 PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS AND PRINT FILES
In the case of products made on the basis of materials provided by the Buyer, the Buyer is responsible for the correctness, completeness, and quality of those materials.
The Buyer’s responsibility includes in particular:
- file resolution,
- correctness of content,
- correctness of colors,
- design proportions,
- compatibility of the design dimensions with the ordered product,
- quality of photographs, graphics, and other materials.
The Seller is not obliged to correct texts, fix language errors, adjust the graphic layout, or verify the technical quality of files, unless such a service has been expressly ordered.
Colors visible on a computer or phone screen may differ from the colors obtained in print. Minor color differences resulting from printing technology, type of material, monitor settings, or the Buyer’s device do not constitute grounds for complaint.
If the file proportions do not match the ordered final format, the product may require cropping, scaling, or the use of margins.
The Seller is not responsible for product defects resulting from materials submitted by the Buyer, in particular for:
- low file quality,
- incorrect resolution,
- text errors,
- incorrect proportions,
- incorrect colors in the submitted design.
Placing an order for an individually made product constitutes acceptance by the Buyer of the rules for the production of personalized and printed products.
§ 8 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
A Privileged Buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance agreement within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to § 9 of these Terms and Conditions.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which:
- the Privileged Buyer or a third party indicated by them, other than the carrier, takes possession of the Goods,
- the last Good, batch, or part is taken into possession — in the case of an order covering multiple Goods delivered separately.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Privileged Buyer should send an unequivocal statement:
- by post to the Seller’s address, or
- by e-mail to: support@reximprimis.com
The Buyer may use the withdrawal form provided by the Seller, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before the deadline expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
In the event of effective withdrawal from the agreement, the Seller refunds all payments received, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered in the Store, no later than within 14 days from the date of receiving the information about withdrawal from the agreement.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned Goods are received or proof of their return shipment is provided, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Buyer, unless the Buyer expressly agrees to another refund method.
The Buyer should return the Goods without delay, no later than within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the agreement, to the following address:

The Buyer bears the direct cost of returning the Goods.
The Buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the Goods resulting from using them in a manner exceeding what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Goods.
Cash-on-delivery return shipments will not be accepted.
§ 9 EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements:
- where the subject of the agreement is a non-prefabricated Good manufactured according to the Buyer’s specifications or intended to meet the Buyer’s individualized needs,
- where the subject of the agreement is personalized products,
- where the subject of the agreement is prints, posters, graphics, frames, or other products made on the basis of files, designs, photographs, texts, or other materials provided by the Buyer,
- where the subject of the agreement is Goods delivered in sealed packaging which cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery,
- where the subject of the agreement is Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably combined with other items.
In particular, individually made-to-order products are not eligible for return, including:
- posters printed to order,
- prints from submitted files,
- advertising products made according to the Buyer’s instructions,
- personalized products.
§ 10 COMPLAINTS
I. General Provisions
The Seller is liable to the Privileged Buyer for the conformity of the Goods with the agreement in accordance with applicable law.
Complaints may be submitted:
- by e-mail: support@reximprimis.com
- in writing to the Seller’s address.
To facilitate the complaint process, it is recommended to provide:
- the order number,
- the Buyer’s details,
- a description of the non-conformity or defect,
- the date when it was identified,
- photos documenting the issue, if possible.
The Seller reviews the complaint within 14 days from the date of receiving it.
II. Privileged Buyers
In the event of non-conformity of the Goods with the agreement, the Privileged Buyer may request:
- repair of the Goods,
- replacement of the Goods.
The Privileged Buyer may submit a statement on price reduction or withdrawal from the agreement if:
- the Seller refuses to bring the Goods into conformity with the agreement,
- the Seller fails to bring the Goods into conformity with the agreement within a reasonable time,
- the non-conformity of the Goods with the agreement persists despite attempts to remedy it,
- the non-conformity of the Goods with the agreement is significant.
The complained-about Goods should be made available to the Seller. If necessary, the Seller will inform the Buyer how the Goods should be provided.
If the complaint is accepted, the refund of due amounts will be made no later than within 14 days.
III. Buyers Other Than Privileged Buyers
Buyers who are not Privileged Buyers may pursue claims under the rules set out in the Civil Code, in particular under statutory warranty, where applicable.
Buyers conducting business activity should inspect the Goods immediately after receiving them and report any objections without undue delay.
IV. Complaint Limitations Related to Printing and Personalization
The following do not constitute grounds for complaint in particular:
- minor color differences resulting from printing technology or screen settings,
- errors resulting from materials provided by the Buyer,
- poor print quality resulting from a low-quality file,
- errors in text, layout, or graphics accepted by the Buyer or resulting from the design submitted by the Buyer,
- differences resulting from cropping, scaling, or adapting the design to the selected format, if necessary to complete the order,
- mechanical damage occurring after receipt of the Goods,
- improper installation or use of the frame or product.
§ 11 PERSONAL DATA
The administrator of personal data provided by the Buyer in connection with using the Store and placing orders is the Seller.
Personal data is processed for the purpose of:
- concluding and performing the agreement,
- handling orders,
- reviewing complaints,
- fulfilling legal obligations imposed on the Seller,
- establishing, pursuing, or defending claims.
Detailed rules for the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy available in the Store.
Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude and perform the agreement.
The Buyer has rights under the GDPR, in particular the right to access their data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, transfer data, and object to processing.
§ 12 CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
Creating an Account is voluntary and free of charge.
The Account enables in particular:
- viewing order history,
- checking order status,
- saving details for future purchases,
- using other features made available in the Store.
The agreement for maintaining the Account is concluded for an indefinite period upon successful registration.
The Buyer may resign from the Account at any time without incurring any costs by sending a message to support@reximprimis.com.
The Seller may delete the Account in the event of:
- violation of the Terms and Conditions,
- providing false data,
- using the Account for unlawful activities.
Complaints regarding the functioning of the Account may be submitted to support@reximprimis.com.
The complaint should include at least data enabling identification of the Buyer and a description of the problem.
Complaints regarding the Account are reviewed within 14 days from the date of receiving them.
A Privileged Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Account maintenance agreement within 14 days from the date of its conclusion, without giving any reason.
§ 13 FINAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply from the date of their publication in the Store.
Agreements concluded on the basis of these Terms and Conditions are concluded in Polish and are governed by Polish law.
In the event of a dispute with a Buyer who is not a Privileged Buyer, the competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller’s liability towards a Buyer who is not a Privileged Buyer is limited to the value of the placed order.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons, in particular in the event of:
- changes in legal regulations,
- changes to the Seller’s details,
- changes to payment or delivery methods,
- changes to the functionality of the Store.
Orders placed before amendments to the Terms and Conditions come into force shall be governed by the version of the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time the order was placed.
