At REXIMPRIMIS, we make every effort to ensure that the products we offer meet the highest quality standards. However, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return under the terms set out below.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- the product must be unused
- it must be in its original packaging
- it must include all tags and protective elements
- proof of purchase is required, such as an order confirmation

⚠️ Returns sent without prior notification and approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
- The cost of returning the product is covered by the buyer
- In the case of defective products or products sent incorrectly, the return shipping cost will be covered by the seller
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If the product:
- is damaged
- has a defect
- does not match your order

Please include photos with your request, as this will help us process your claim more quickly.
Exceptions — Products Not Eligible for Return
The following products are not eligible for return:
- personalized products
- custom-made products
- products created based on files provided by the customer
This applies in particular to:
- graphic prints
- posters printed to order
- advertising products
Products Excluded from Returns
We do not accept returns of:
- sale items
- gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges.
To receive a different product:
- return the purchased item
- place a new order
Right of Withdrawal — European Union
In accordance with European Union law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Conditions:
- the product must not be used
- it must be in its original packaging
- proof of purchase is required
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return:
- we will inform you of our decision
- if the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
