For custom-made or personalized products, the processing time may be longer and is counted from the moment of:
- payment confirmation,
- receiving complete materials or instructions required to complete the order.

- DHL
The available delivery methods are always displayed during checkout.
Shipping Costs
The shipping cost is:
- PLN 17.00 — for orders below PLN 200.00
- PLN 0.00 / free shipping — for orders above PLN 200.00
The shipping cost is shown in the cart and before the final order is placed.
Important Information
- The delivery time is counted from the moment the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
- If incorrect or incomplete address details are provided, the delivery time may be extended.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by events beyond our control.
